Options Trading in 21 Days ("we", "us", "our") operates the website optionstradingin21days.com, the Options Trading in 21 Days course, the free workbook Investors Love Options, and related emails and social media pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request the free workbook, join our email list, book a session, or enroll in the course, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and, for purchases, your billing details. Payments are processed by our course platform and its payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. This can include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and the source of your visit (for example a link in an email, a social post, or an advertisement). We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), and our course platform's built-in analytics for this purpose.
How we use information
- To deliver what you asked for: the workbook, lessons, emails, and course access.
- To send educational emails and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, emails, and advertisements bring people to the site, and to improve them.
- To show relevant advertisements on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and to measure whether they work.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools. This lets Meta measure visits and sign-ups that come from our advertisements and show our advertisements to people who may be interested in options education. Meta's use of this data is governed by its own data policy, and you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Google Analytics data is governed by Google's privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (course and email platform, payment processors, analytics and advertising platforms, scheduling tools), with professional advisers where needed, and when required by law. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
Cookies and your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect parts of the site. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also change your advertising preferences directly with Meta and Google.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, or to delete your data entirely, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request" from the email address on file. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example purchase records) to meet legal or accounting obligations. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and residents of the EU and UK, have additional rights under those laws and can exercise them the same way.
Data retention and security
We keep contact and purchase records for as long as you have an account or subscription with us and as long as needed afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Not financial advice
Everything we publish is educational. It is not personalized financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing here creates an adviser relationship.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
